EDMONTON, AB: Two of Alberta’s top female stars are set to do battle for the first time ever at Force Pro Wrestling: The Return - and that’s something you can count on.

This Friday night, Taryn from Accounting will make her highly-anticipated Force Pro Wrestling debut after officially joining the promotion in December. However, she’ll be tasked with facing off against one of Western Canada’s top female stars in Zoë Sager.

Friday’s match up marks the first time the two stars will face off one-on-one.

“I’m really looking forward to showing Zoë and and everyone at Force Pro Wrestling what I can bring in that ring,” said Taryn in a comment to the WCSN. “She’s undoubtedly one of the best in Alberta so this is a great opportunity for me to go out there and show everyone that I’m a fierce competitor.”

“Taryn From Accounting is one of the very few women in Alberta I have yet to have square off with,” Sager responded. “On January 17th I finally get my chance, and I couldn’t be more excited. There is no doubt that TFA is an incredible competitor, but there is a reason I am the longest reigning PWA Women’s Champion. This Friday, Taryn is going to find out that reason.”

There are few more beloved stars throughout the Albertan wrestling scene than Taryn from Accounting. The former Monster Pro Wrestling star has quickly endeared herself to the province’s independent wrestling fans with both her bubbly attitude and her sheer determination inside the squared circle. Last year saw her rapidly ascend the ranks of the province’s wrestling scene, with a standout performance in last month’s This Is Not a Clusterf**k….This Is Just a Tribute battle royal at the Clandestine Society: Act One acting as the cherry on top of an impressive debut year.

Make no bones about it, however - Taryn is completely correct in calling Sager one of the province’s best professional wrestlers. The PWA Women’s Champ has impressed against some of the countries top stars since claiming her championship, including Michael Richard Blais, Nicole Matthews, and Kayla Jaye. Frankly, there perhaps isn’t a more well-rounded wrestler in Western Canada than Zoë Sager, with her combination of natural talent and otherworldly work ethic representing the gold standard for the province’s independent wrestling scene right now.

All of it sets the stage for what many are calling a dream matchup for the province’s women’s division. Can Taryn make a statement at the expense of the PWA Women’s Champion? Or, will Sager rebound following her first loss in nearly a year?
